TeamGame is an experimental virtual obstacle course for team training and team building purposes.
The game puts group of people against complex puzzles and problems that can’t be solved alone. This way the game eases players into working together to complete their tasks.
Through the interaction possibilities offered by a multi-user 3D virtual world and the use of user avatars TeamGame expands the traditional team coaching methods and area of effect on to the participants’ online interaction skills and decentralized communities’ problem fields.
