Incident - Scenario Game
Incident – Scenario Game is a lightweight 2D training game developed for managerial level training. The game puts the player in managerial position and guides him/her through various difficult situations with employees offering multiple ways to solve the situations. Each chosen solution has its own outcome and effect on future situations. The game collects statistical data from players’ choices and actions, which can then be used to analyze their performance afterwards.
Incident – Scenario Game can be customized to fit the needs of any industry or any level of company hierarchy. The game utilizes pleasant and light visual style and simple gameplay mechanics to allow all users an easy approach to the game. This also means that the users’ potential gaming experience doesn’t affect the end results as previous experience with games gives no advantage to solving the issues in the game.
