Gate for Collaboration is a team training game built as a research experiment to study the feasibility of utilizing game technology in virtual team training and learning.
Tests showed that Gate for Collaboration works brilliantly as a team building and training tool so it was later honed into a full-fledged commercial team training software now known as NoviCraft.
